Brunch Pizza

  • 1 whole wheat dough
  • 1/2 c sauce
  • cup of cooked spinach
  • cup of cooked broccoli
  • 2 garden burger meatless veggie sausage links (slice)
  • 1 roma tomato
  • 6 oz of shredded cheese (1/2 mozz, 1/2 sharp cheddar)



*spinach and broccoli were sauteed in a tablespoon of olive oil with a tablespoon of crushed garlic and 1/2 cup of chopped onions*

Preheat oven to 500 degrees, bake pizza for 7 minutes before cracking eggs over the top. Remove from oven, crack eggs over the top and return to oven for an addition 7-8 minutes/until egg whites are set.
