Rosemary-Sage Spent Grain Dressing w/ Toasted Pine Nut Gravy & Sauteed Delicata Squash
*Meatless Monday* =)
Today I used a loaf of the bread I made from spent grain (the grain left over after you brew a batch of beer), and I made a stove-top style stuffing out of it. I used leeks rather than celery and my broth base was a home made vegetable one.
